Greece, the cradle Western civilization, is in many ways the cradle of the modern culture of wine. So in this case we focus to this beautiful country full of history, and whose culture has been involved with wine since the time of the classics. Aristotle, Plato, Homer, Horace, Pythagoras, all wrote about the virtues of wine and its beneficial effects to health and creativity. It was said that wine was a gift from the gods to man.
